Spring has arrived in Delta, and with it comes a host of Easter celebrations and community traditions across our three vibrant communities. Whether you’re in Ladner, Tsawwassen, or North Delta, there’s an egg-citing event waiting for you and your family this upcoming long weekend.
But, we’re not all about the hop! Spring is also about reconnecting with friends and community at local markets like the Southlands Spring Market at the Red Barn and the Southlands Art Show at the Grange – both scheduled for Saturday, April 19th. What are you hopping to?
Tsawwassen Easter Egg Hunt & Pancake Breakfast
Tsawwassen’s beloved Easter tradition returns as the Rotary Club hosts their annual Easter in the Park celebration at Diefenbaker Park on the Saturday of Easter Long Weekend. Join your friends and community for a morning of family fun featuring a delicious pancake breakfast, egg hunt, face painting, cookie decorating stations, and more. While this community event is open to all, donations are warmly welcomed to support local Rotary initiatives.

Ladner Parade & Egg Hunt
Ladner Village and the Ladner Business Association are set to host their annual Easter Parade & Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 20th, starting at 1 PM.
Join the Easter Bunny and the Delta Police Pipe Band as they parade from the corner of Delta Street and Bridge, down to Memorial Park, where the 🍫🐣 EGG-citement continues with a hunt for the little ones. Be sure to decorate bikes, wagons, or strollers to add to the festive fun.

North Delta Lions Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Ready for the hunt? North Delta Lions Club invites children ages 1-11 to join their legendary annual Easter Egg Hunt where sharp eyes and quick feet lead to delicious treats at Sunbury Park. This free community celebration continues a 30-year tradition of springtime fun for local families – rain or shine!
Event highlights include a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, complimentary hot chocolate and coffee, and the Lions Club’s famous pancake breakfast available for purchase (with proceeds supporting local community initiatives).
